Processing and Storage

How data is used and where it may be processed

The website uses Firebase services, including Hosting, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Firestore. They are used to publish the website, process forms, and store reviews submitted through the website.

Consultation requests and notifications about new reviews are also forwarded to a service Telegram channel or chat used for prompt handling of incoming messages.

Access to requests and reviews is limited to the persons involved in communication, request handling, and moderation of publications.

External Services

Google Maps, external links, and technical data

The contact page contains an embedded Google Maps map and a direct route link. When the embedded map is loaded or an external map link is opened, interaction data may be processed by Google under Google’s own privacy rules.

When website pages are opened, infrastructure services may technically process standard request data, including IP address, browser and device information, request date and time, and the requested page address. This processing is necessary for the operation and security of the site.

The website also contains external links to Telegram, Doctor Alex, Profirate, and other resources. Once you leave this website, the policies of those third-party services apply.

Reviews

How reviews are published

A review submitted through the website form is first saved with a moderation status and does not appear on the page automatically. After review, it may be published on the website.

When a review is published, the website may display the person’s name or selected public name, review text, rating, publication date, and a partially masked email address. The full email address is not published on the website.

If a review contains excessive personal data, detailed medical information, or information that should not be openly published, the text may be shortened or not published at all.

Retention and Protection

How long data may be kept

Data from the appointment form and related communication may be retained for as long as needed to process the request, respond to it, and carry out organisational steps related to the consultation.

Reviews may be retained until moderation, publication, update, or deletion is completed. Technical data and infrastructure logs may be retained according to the retention rules of the relevant providers.

Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect the data. At the same time, internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely secure in all circumstances.
